Founder & President
Dr. Krisstina Gowin founded IMHO in 2022 and leads its strategic direction. A physician board-certified in hematology, medical oncology, and integrative medicine, she has developed integrative oncology fellowship programs and conducts research in hematology and whole-person cancer care.
Vice President & Treasurer
Ashley Larsen is an academic medicine program strategist and development professional with more than a decade of experience, including work in integrative oncology education, curriculum development, and patient-centered initiatives.
Secretary
Dr. Shaunak Pandya is a hematologist and integrative oncologist focused on plasma cell disorders, classical hematology, and evidence-based complementary approaches in cancer care. He is an IMHO Fellowship graduate.
